Restaurant Chez Chili (一品湘), the best Chinese restaurant in Montreal in my opinion.

红烧牛筋面, I like it so much that I will visit here and eat this noodle almost everyweek.

Qingshu Fondue

Soup Zen. I would say their Malatang (麻辣烫) is not the traditional type.

Uncle Cheng， located right next to Marche Newon.
